The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

You can reach Planica by public transport using a combination of bus or train and shuttle service:

  1. By train – The nearest train station is in Jesenice. From there, you can continue by bus to Kranjska Gora.
  2. By bus – Regular bus lines run to Kranjska Gora, which is the closest major settlement.
  3. Shuttle service – During major events, such as the Ski Flying World Cup finals, shuttle buses are organized from Kranjska Gora and other nearby towns directly to the venue in Planica.

During competitions, we recommend checking official transport information, as additional buses are often organized from major Slovenian cities.

You can reach Planica by car using the following routes:

  1. From Ljubljana – Take the A2 highway (direction Jesenice) to the exit for Kranjska Gora. Continue through Kranjska Gora and in Rateče turn left towards Planica.
  2. From Austria (Villach) – Cross the border at Korensko sedlo or through the Karavanke tunnel, then follow the signs for Kranjska Gora – Rateče – Planica.
  3. From Italy (Tarvisio) – Cross the border at Rateče and turn right towards Planica.

During major events, such as the Ski Jumping World Cup final, car access is restricted. You must park in Kranjska Gora or Rateče, from where free bus transportation is organized to the venue. Outside of the competition season, you can drive all the way to the Nordic Center Planica, where there is a parking lot right next to the ski jumps.
