Where dreams take flight.
For a few seconds, you hold your breath. Your eyes follow the flight, and as the jumper lands, you join the cheers that fill the valley beneath the Ponca mountains. Planica is a place where we cheer with all our hearts. For our heroes, for extraordinary flights and for moments that bring generations together.
From 18 to 21 March 2027, Planica will host the Ski Jumping World Cup Finals. The world’s best male and female ski jumpers will once again take flight, as Slovenian fans cheer on our heroes in the final competitions of the season.
The four-day programme features Thursday’s qualification round, Friday’s men’s individual competition, Saturday’s men’s team and women’s individual competitions, and Sunday’s men’s individual competition. Each day offers its own reason to visit, with the anticipation of the next spectacular flight running through them all.
The Planica experience continues between jumps, with music, fan activities, food and drinks, and entertainment for the youngest visitors. Come with your family, gather your friends or keep your long-standing Planica tradition alive. Amid the flags and roaring cheers, you too will be part of the atmosphere that makes this celebration of sport so special.
