You can reach the Red Hall in Velenje by public transport, either by bus or train, depending on your starting point. Bus: Velenje has a good network of bus lines connecting various places in the surrounding area. The Velenje bus station is located near the city center, and from there, the Red Hall is only a few minutes' walk away. Buses from major cities such as Ljubljana, Maribor, or Celje regularly travel to Velenje. Upon arrival at the bus station, simply follow the directions to the hall. Train: Velenje also has a railway station that is well-connected to other cities in Slovenia. Once you arrive at the Velenje railway station, you can reach the Red Hall on foot or by bus, as the hall is slightly away from the station but still within walking distance.
You can easily reach the Red Hall (Rdeča dvorana) in Velenje by car. The hall is located in the center of Velenje, making it easily accessible.
If you're coming from the direction of Ljubljana, take the A1 highway towards Maribor. Take the exit for Velenje and continue on the regional road to Velenje. Once you enter the city, follow the signs for the city center and then for the Red Hall, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the main city streets.
Parking spaces are available for visitors near the hall, but it is advisable to arrive a little earlier, especially for larger events.
At the Red Hall in Velenje, there are some parking spaces available directly next to the hall. However, for larger events, it is recommended that visitors park in nearby parking lots, as the parking spaces by the hall itself are often full. In the vicinity of the hall, there are additional public parking lots, which are only a short walk away, allowing easy access to the venue. For larger events, additional parking spaces or special directions for visitors are often organized. All of this makes it possible for visitors to park without major difficulties and enjoy the events at the Red Hall.
