Tickets for wheelchair users
Tickets for wheelchair users can be purchased during opening hours at the box offices of the Wiener Stadthalle, by phone at +43 1 981 00-480, or via email at ticketservice@stadthalle.com.
Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are located at Sorbaitgasse 7 (daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and Zinckgasse 29 (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
In accordance with §29b of the Austrian Road Traffic Regulations (StVO 1960), persons with permanent severe mobility impairments, as well as drivers transporting such individuals, are permitted to park in designated accessible parking spaces (including residential parking zones) and may also park free of charge and without time restrictions in short-term parking zones.
Restrooms
Barrier-free access to the ticket foyer is provided via an automatic door system.
On the ground floor of Hall D, accessible restrooms are available in the foyer on both the north and south sides, as well as in the rear area of the parterre (south-west). On the first tier, there is also an accessible restroom on the south-west side.
Accessible restrooms in Hall F are located in the foyer.
All accessible restrooms in the Wiener Stadthalle are equipped with a “Euro cylinder lock” and can be used at any time during events with a Euro key.
Visitors with hearing impairments
Hall F is equipped with an induction loop system, allowing users with compatible hearing aids to receive audio signals clearly, without interference, and in enhanced sound quality.
