Uroš Kuzman (born August 5, 1984, in Velenje) is a Slovenian mathematician, musician, and stand-up comedian. He holds a PhD in mathematics and works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in Ljubljana.
He is well known to the general public as the host of the science TV show Ugriznimo znanost (“Let’s Bite into Science”), where he posed math riddles for four seasons, as well as for his comedic performances in the roast-style TV program Na žaru, where he humorously roasted celebrities like Jan Plestenjak and former president Borut Pahor.
Kuzman gained recognition in the stand-up scene in 2012, when he was named Stand-Up Comedian of the Year. In autumn 2018, he premiered his original one-man comedy show Professor Kuzman Jr., which exceeded 150 performances. He followed it with Little Kids, Big Problems in 2021.
As a musician, he was a member of the male vocal group Šaleški študentski oktet and the band Frozen Hell. In 2010, he released a small album titled Greva pod objem gora (“Let’s Go Beneath the Embrace of the Mountains”), featuring mountain-themed chansons.
