The Rolling Stones

The Rolling Stones are one of the most influential and longest-running rock bands in history, formed in 1962 in London. The original lineup included Mick Jagger (vocals), Keith Richards (guitar), Brian Jones (guitar), Bill Wyman (bass), and Charlie Watts (drums). Their signature sound is rooted in blues, rock'n'roll, and R&B, playing a crucial role in shaping modern rock music.

Among their greatest achievements are world-famous hits such as “(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction,” “Paint It Black,” “Sympathy for the Devil,” and “Gimme Shelter.” The albums Let It Bleed (1969) and Exile on Main St. (1972) are considered milestones of rock music. The band has sold over 200 million records, won numerous awards including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.

In recent years, they released the album Hackney Diamonds in 2023, their first with original material since 2005, marking a surprising and highly praised comeback. Following the death of longtime drummer Charlie Watts in 2021, the band continued with new tours and projects, showcasing their incredible musical endurance.
