The Vitranc Cup is one of the oldest and most prestigious international events in alpine skiing. Held annually in Kranjska Gora since 1961, it is part of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup calendar, where the world's top male skiers compete in the slalom and giant slalom disciplines.
Over the decades, the competition has hosted many legendary alpine skiers and has played a significant role in the development of Slovenian alpine skiing. Since 1983, the races have been held on the Podkoren 3 course, renowned for its technical difficulty and as a regular venue for FIS Alpine Ski World Cup events.
Today, the Vitranc Cup is one of Slovenia’s most recognizable sporting events, attracting world-class competitors and thousands of alpine skiing enthusiasts from Slovenia and around the globe every year.
Na Pokalu Vitranc sem bila tako v soboto kot tudi v nedeljo in vzdušje je bilo super. Kljub pomladnim temperaturam so organizatorji odlično pripravili progo, gledalci pa smo uživali na sončku in v odličnih predstavah tekmovalcev.

It was my first time at Pokal Vizranc. I saw/visited the races on Saturday & Sunday. The organisation were perfect. The atmosphere and the races were amazing and incredible. See you again 2027
