Festival Hall opens the doors to a new dance season with an opening social dance!
On Friday, 9 October, the popular dance evenings return to Festival Hall. The magnificent venue will once again come alive with the rhythms of ballroom and Latin dance, marking the beginning of a new season of dance and socialising.
Dance evenings at Festival Hall have a long and rich tradition. For decades, they have brought together generations of dancers—from those just discovering the magic of the dance floor to experienced dance enthusiasts. This is precisely what makes the opening dance so special: an evening that symbolically marks the start of a new season filled with dancing, socialising and memorable moments together.
We will dance our way into the new season to the familiar rhythms of the slow and Viennese waltz, tango, foxtrot, discofox, samba, cha-cha-cha, rumba, jive, salsa and bachata. DJ Roman will create the perfect atmosphere with a carefully selected playlist, keeping the dance floor buzzing until the very last beat.
Dance is a celebration of movement and togetherness
Dance is much more than entertainment. It brings movement, music, togetherness and joy into a single evening. To the rhythm of our favourite songs, we can leave our everyday worries behind, lose ourselves in the dance and enjoy good company.
The opening dance is the perfect opportunity to put on your dancing shoes again, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people and begin a new chapter of dance evenings at Festival Hall together.
Join us on Friday, 9 October, and dance your way into the new season with us. Invite your dance partner or friends, or simply come along for the love of dance. An evening of great music, good company and a packed dance floor awaits.
