St. Martin’s Day Celebrations in Koper’s Palaces
On Saturday, 14 November, Koper’s historic old town will come alive with wine and art. This St. Martin’s Day celebration brings together the striking architecture of Koper’s palaces, wines from Istrian winemakers and a diverse arts programme.
At the Praetorian Palace, the Armoury and Foresteria, Belgramoni Tacco Palace—home to the Koper Regional Museum—and the Loggia, which houses the Loža Gallery, winemakers will welcome you with their wines and the stories behind them. Each venue will offer a different artistic experience, from music and poetry to performance, contemporary art and other creative interventions.
From 3 pm to 9 pm, your ticket allows you to explore the palaces and sample wines from participating winemakers. At 9 pm, the celebrations will move to the Loggia for an evening of music and socialising until midnight.
