An Original Stand-Up Show
It’s Great to Be a Woman! Hmm, But Is It Really?!
In her show, Mihaela Gržin uses honest personal stories, self-deprecating humour and plenty of comedy to explore topics familiar to almost every woman – relationships, motherhood, hormones, menopause, ageing, beauty standards, work, lack of time and that constant feeling that they should be something more. Better. More beautiful. More successful.
Get ready for an evening of laughter, relaxation and amusing “aha” moments that may leave you thinking:
“Oh, how wonderful it is to be me!”
And probably also feeling relieved:
“Aha … so I’m not the only one this happens to!”
For Women and Men
Although the title speaks directly to women, the show is intended for everyone.
Women will recognise themselves in everyday situations and laugh at the challenges they know all too well.
Men, meanwhile, will get an entertaining glimpse into the female world – and perhaps even pick up a useful “survival guide” or two.
Mihaela Gržin is a beautician, the author of the book It’s Great to Be Me, a certified coach, the founder of the Academy for Women, a lecturer, event organiser and stand-up performer.
More than 30 years of working in a beauty salon have given her an invaluable wealth of stories, experiences and insights.
She stepped onto the stage believing that it is never too late to pursue new dreams. And she discovered that, besides removing wrinkles, she also knows how to create the most beautiful kind: laughter lines.
