Klangkarussell is an Austrian electronic music duo composed of Tobias Rieser and Adrian Held. Formed in 2011 in Salzburg, they rose to international prominence in 2012 with the hit single Sonnentanz, which topped several European charts, including reaching number one in the Netherlands. Their signature sound blends dreamy deep house and tropical house with melodic synth lines and classical piano elements.
Following the release of their debut album Netzwerk (2014), the duo chose to pursue creative independence and launched their own label, Bias Beach Records, through which they’ve been releasing new material. Recent highlights include Highs & Lows (2024), the official anthem of the 2025 Alpine Ski World Championships in Saalbach, and Holy Father (2025), released on May 16 as part of a fresh creative chapter.
In 2025, Klangkarussell continue their active touring schedule across Europe and the U.S., including a sold-out performance at Austria’s iconic Burg Clam on July 26, and a highly anticipated set at London’s E1 Festival in September. Their concerts feature a 16-song setlist that spans beloved classics like Sonnentanz and Netzwerk (Falls Like Rain) to more recent tracks such as Havana Nights, Let Me Come To Life, and Holy Father.
After their breakout success, the duo took time to reconnect with their artistic vision. The founding of Bias Beach allowed them full control over their output, style, and collaborations—resulting in music that feels both authentic and refined.
