Jacques Houdek is a Croatian singer who represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 with the song “My Friend.” He began his solo career in 2000 and has since released numerous albums and singles, many of which have achieved silver, gold, platinum, and even diamond certifications.

In addition to his recording and concert career, he is widely known as a mentor on the Croatian version of The Voice, where he coached Nina Kraljić to victory in the show’s first season. Houdek performs and records in several languages, including Croatian, English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Slovene, Macedonian, and even Māori, reflecting his broad musical range.
