Ivan Zak, born on April 26, 1979, in Zagreb, is one of the most popular Croatian pop singers and songwriters. He began his musical journey at the age of six by playing the guitar, and by fourteen, he had formed his first band. He gained broader recognition after performing at the Croatian Radio Festival, with his breakthrough coming in 2009 with the single Adrenalin.
His album Bolja od najbolje (2012) marked a shift from turbo-folk to a more modern pop sound and featured hits like Naučila si me. This was followed by the albums Usne varane (2015), Milion (2019), and Pretjerujem (Summer Edition) (2018). Among his more recent releases are the singles U Ekstazi and Ako te ne izdaju, both released in 2024.
