In 1990, he released his first solo album and quickly established himself as one of the leading performers of Dalmatian pop music. His musical style blends traditional Dalmatian melodies with elements of pop, creating emotional ballads and energetic songs. Some of his most well-known hits include "Ima li nade za nas", "Nitko nema dva života", "Govore mi mnogi ljudi", "Boem u duši", "Sokole", and "Kad mi netko tebe spomene". Zečić is known for his charisma on stage and loyalty to his audience, which is evident from his numerous concerts across Croatia and beyond.
