Biffy Clyro are a Scottish rock trio from Kilmarnock, formed by Simon Neil (vocals, guitar) and twin brothers James (bass) and Ben Johnston (drums), with live support from Mike Vennart and Richard “Gambler” Ingram. Blending alternative rock, post-hardcore, and art rock influences, they’ve become known for their powerful, melodic, and emotionally charged live shows since their formation in 1995.
In March 2025, they surprised fans with their first new single in four years—“A Little Love”—which premiered at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and quickly became a hit. The announcement of their upcoming tenth studio album Futique (set for release on September 26, 2025) followed in June, with the band teasing the album title online.
This summer has been marked by major festival appearances: on June 27, they rocked the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, and in July, they performed at TRNSMT in Glasgow in front of 50,000 fans. The concert was a highlight of the day, filled with fireworks, emotional renditions of fan favorites, and a powerful group performance of their anthem “Many of Horror.”
They’ll also headline the Eden Sessions on July 9 and 10—their first stadium-sized performances in Cornwall—bringing their signature sound to one of the UK’s most iconic summer festivals.
Their recent live shows feature fresh tracks from Futique, with new melodies and riffs already captivating audiences. Biffy Clyro remain a band defined by innovation, rock integrity, and a deep emotional connection with fans—a consistency that has sustained them for over two decades.
