Baby Lasagna

Baby Lasagna is the stage name of Croatian singer, songwriter, and producer Marko Purišić, born on July 5, 1995, in Umag. He began his music career as a guitarist in the rock band Manntra, performing with them between 2011 and 2016. In 2024, he achieved remarkable success as a solo artist at the Eurovision Song Contest.

His song "Rim Tim Tagi Dim", which he wrote and produced himself, won 2nd place at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with a total of 547 points – the best result in Croatia's history at the contest. Notably, he received the highest number of public votes – a stunning 337 points.

Baby Lasagna entered the Croatian national selection for Eurovision 2024 (Dora) as the first reserve, after another performer withdrew just before the deadline. Despite this, he won and became one of the biggest Eurovision phenomena of the year.

The song "Rim Tim Tagi Dim" became a viral hit, blending elements of electronic music, rock, and Balkan folk melodies. It addresses the theme of young people leaving their homeland. His performance stood out visually with neon animal imagery and energetic dancing.
