Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys are an English rock band from Sheffield, formed in 2002. The band consists of Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O'Malley, and Matt Helders. With their distinctive indie rock sound and witty lyrics, they quickly established themselves on the British music scene and became one of the most important rock bands of the 21st century.

Their debut album, "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not," became the fastest-selling debut album in UK music history. It was followed by albums including "Favourite Worst Nightmare," "Humbug," "AM," "Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino," and "The Car." Their best-known songs include "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor," "Fluorescent Adolescent," "Do I Wanna Know?," "R U Mine?," and "505."

Throughout their career, Arctic Monkeys have continuously evolved their sound, moving from early indie rock towards more experimental and atmospheric styles. With numerous hit songs and acclaimed live performances, they have established themselves as one of the leading British rock bands of their generation.
