Ana Nikolić (Serbian: Ана Николић), born on September 27, 1978 in Jagodina, and raised in Paraćin, is a Serbian pop and pop-folk singer and TV personality, who has in recent years reasserted her presence on the Balkan music scene.
She rose to wider fame in 2003 at the Beovizija festival with the song "Januar", for which she received the award for Best New Artist, despite placing sixth or seventh overall. Her professional career began shortly after with the release of her debut album Januar (2003), produced by City Records. Her collaboration with renowned authors Marina Tucaković and Aleksandar Milić Mili played a crucial role in her breakthrough.
In 2006, she returned to Beovizija with the ballad "Romale Romali", which became a major hit and the leading single from her second album Devojka od čokolade. This project marked her first major regional tour success.
She followed with the albums Mafia Caffé (2010), Milion Dolara (2013), and Labilna (2016), the latter created in collaboration with rappers Rasta and Coby. This release introduced a more urban sound, incorporating electronic music, trap, and R&B elements, significantly broadening her musical style.
After the birth of her daughter and a brief creative hiatus, she returned to the studio in 2020, but it wasn’t until 2024 that she released the EP Hvala, doviđenja and the single "Voli me, voli me" (2025). The EP was originally intended as a preview of a full-length album titled Klinika, but the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted its release, and the album did not appear in its planned form.
Ana Nikolić is also well known as a TV personality. In 2016, she was a judge on the talent show Ja imam talenat! (Serbia’s Got Talent), and earlier appeared in the Croatian version of the reality show Farma. Both her musical and public activities have been closely followed by the media.
In her private life, she was married to rapper Rasta (Stefan Đurić) from 2016 to 2018, with whom she has a daughter, Tara (born August 2017). Frequently in the media spotlight—due to relationship disputes, tabloid headlines, and legal controversies—she nonetheless maintains professional focus and remains one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Balkan pop music.
