Alexander Gadjiev (born 1994 in Gorizia, Italy) is a Slovenian–Italian classical pianist acclaimed for his award-winning artistry and global performances. Raised in a family of musicians, he performed Haydn's concerto with an orchestra at age nine and gave his first solo recital at ten . He honed his craft under Pavel Gililov at Salzburg’s Mozarteum and Eldar Nebolsin in Berlin, graduating in 2022.
His career is marked by prestigious competition successes:
First Prize at the 2015 Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan.
Winner of the Monte‑Carlo World Piano Masters Competition 2018 (Prix Prince Rainier III).
BBC New Generation Artist (2019–2022), featuring recorded concerts at venues like Wigmore Hall.
