Dear visitors of the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Planica 2026,
We are aware that the journey to Planica was challenging for some of you and that not everyone managed to arrive at the venue on time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you wish to submit a complaint regarding your tickets, please contact info@eventim.si (for Eventim customers) and include:
- a copy or photo of your purchased ticket,
- a brief description of your situation.
Each request received will be carefully reviewed and handled individually. After receiving your submission, we will also check the ticket usage status in the system, which will allow us to provide an appropriate response. You will receive a reply to your request within a maximum of 7 working days.
We would also like to clarify that, according to legislation, events tied to a specific date generally do not allow refunds in the case of non-attendance. Nevertheless, we will treat each situation with understanding and strive to find the most appropriate solution.
