Dragana Mirković

Dragana Mirković is one of the most recognizable and beloved pop-folk singers in the Balkans. She was born on January 18, 1968, in the town of Kasidol near Požarevac, Serbia. She showed her love for music from a very young age—at just five years old, she sang her first song, "Devojka sokolu zulum učinila", hinting at the musical path she would later pursue. Her first public performance was in 1977 at a school event, and by the age of 15, she had already recorded her first single, becoming one of the youngest music stars in the former Yugoslavia. Her professional music career officially began in 1984 with the release of the album "Imam dečka nemirnog", which quickly became a hit. Her subsequent albums, including "Spasi me samoće", "Simpatija", and "Dolaze nam bolji dani", solidified her status as one of the most successful music stars in the region.
