The roots of the Novo Mesto-based rock band and local phenomenon Dan D date back to 1997, when they released their debut album Igra. They quickly made their mark on the Slovenian music scene, reaching a wider audience with hits like Za naju punca, Bodi moja, and Ko hodiš nad oblaki.

Over the years, Dan D evolved from an energetic and unrestrained rock act into a mature ensemble whose music blends emotionally charged vocals by frontman Tokac with masterful instrumental journeys through the rich heritage of rock.

Recognized as one of the most distinctive rock bands in the region, Dan D captivates listeners with their genre-spanning sound and timeless lyrical explorations in songs such as Plešeš, Čas, Voda, Male roke, Google me, Love song, Počasi, and many others that quickly found a home in the hearts of their fans.
