Kino Šiška is a cultural venue in Ljubljana, which has been considered the central Slovenian institution in the field of contemporary concert offerings since 2009. At the same time, it also hosts programs in visual and performing arts. With more than 300 events annually and over 100,000 visitors, it ranks among the most important cultural hubs in the city.
In addition to its regular concert and exhibition program, Kino Šiška is also known for several well-established projects that have become part of Slovenia's recognizable cultural identity. Among them are the festival and conference MENT Ljubljana, the gallery DobraVaga, the international contemporary dance festival CoFestival, the comic festival Tinta, and the music competition for primary and secondary school bands Špil liga.
The building also houses a café, and the venue hosts a variety of events throughout the year, featuring both domestic and international creators.
