The large "ice" hall and small hall were built as part of Tivoli Hall in 1965, hosting events like a Louis Armstrong concert and the World Table Tennis Championship. Tivoli Hall has since hosted major international sports competitions.
The large "ice" hall (3,600 m², 6,800 seats) is primarily for ice sports, with a capacity of 200 skaters for recreational skating. The small hall (3,000 m², 4,500 seats) is mainly for ball sports. Both halls feature offices, VIP areas, media spaces, and other event facilities.
