“Paradise City” - the unique rock song from the '87 long play album “Appetite for Destruction” paved the way for the one-of-a-kind success of Axl Rose and his Guns'n'Roses. "Welcome to the Jungle", "Sweet Child o' Mine", the Dylan cover "Knockin' on Heaven's Door", ...: their track list sounds like the who-is-who of hard rock hits.

Guns'n'Roses were founded in 1985 in Hollywood, when two bands - the L.A. Guns and the Hollywood Roses - decided to collaborate. At the peak of their musical career, they simultaneously released two albums at midnight, January 17, 1991: "Use Your Illusion I" and "Use Your Illusion II" (first edition: 4,2 million records sold).

Afterwards, the band saw a time of internal tension, and eventually, all members dedicated themselves to solo projects. A reunion of the original band failed due to the continuing controversies between Axl Rose and Slash. 15 years after they split up, what nobody thought possible happened: Axl Rose and his newly formed Guns'n'Roses release “Chinese Democracy”, an album that has been announced and postponed several times!
